Q: Is your furniture produced locally?
A: Our designs are done locally, but production for our furniture is done overseas, so as to keep manufacturing costs low, and our prices affordable.
Q: Can I show you a design from elsewhere, and get my furniture customised to exactly how it looks?
A: Currently we are only able to make modifications from our existing designs in our catalogue, and are unable to custom-make a new design from scratch.
Q: Are all the furniture items listed online customisable?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer customisation for all the items we sell. We are continuously working to make the option of customisation available for more pieces. In the meantime, the items available for customisation are indicated on the online listings for the items, with a “Made-To-Measure Available” tag.

A: Yes, as the details of the dimensions and customised options of your sofa is stored in our database, we are able to custom-make an extra set of fabric covers, and sell replacement seat and back cushions for your sofa.
Q: Are all covers for all sofa designs removable and machine-washable?
Fabric covers for seat and back cushion are removable for most fabric sofa designs, except for the covers for the sofa frame is non-removable due to the design. All the fabric swatches available are machine washable, in cold water and gentle wash except for certain linen-polyester blend fabrics.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship locally within Singapore.
Q:Do you offer free delivery?
A: At Furnituremart.sg, we provide free delivery Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. $30 for delivery request to be deliver between 6pm to 9pm. As for special delivery request for Sunday and Public Holidays is chargeable at $30 per trip as well. (Timing arrange by Furnituremart.sg)
Q: What is the delivery lead time for my furniture order?
A: For orders of furniture, the production lead time is usually between 3 to 7 work days for sofas and divan bed frame furniture, and up to 2 weeks for custom made and made to order Furniture.
Q: Why do I need to wait up to 2 weeks for my customise/made to order furniture to be delivered?
A: By choosing to customize your furniture, every piece of furniture is unique with control over design and specifications. Thus, we need a longer lead time as these furniture are not mass produced, and would require testing for stability and quality.
Q: Are there storage fees charged should I decide to postpone my delivery date after confirming my purchase?
A: Nope, we understand that sometimes, renovation for your house gets delayed unexpectedly, or you have last-minute changes to your schedule. We provide storage at our warehouse free-of-charge and will arrange for an alternative suitable delivery day.
Q: Could I make my purchase now, and have it delivered a few months later?
A: Yes, you can confirm your purchase months in advance, and we will arrange your items to be shipped and delivered at a later time.
