Honey Mattress’s Cooling Fiber Fabric does not only cool you down, it is cool to touch and provides instant cooling on the skin. This cooling yarn is made from fibres which are manufactured in a special gel spinning process to create long structures which then in turn, have high thermal conductivity so are able to draw excess heat away from the body to create a cool & comfortable sleep.

*We do not accept any EXCHANGE or RETURN of MATTRESSES correctly delivered as per order due to hygiene purposes.
Warranty: 10 Years warranty for manufacturer's defects, not including wear and tear and damages from misuse of products.
*Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse and normal sinkage for foam mattress ( 2 inches ).

1) Warranty Fee Payable Will Be Usage Period Over Warranty Period Against the Purchase Price.
2) Usage Period Will Be Calculated As Below:
1-12 Months Usage = 1 Year
13-24 Months Usage = 2 Years
25-36 Months Usage = 3 Years
*Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, and normal sinkage.
*Disposal Service For Used Mattresses Available.
$10 per piece disposal fee for single and super single size.
$20 per piece disposal fee for queen and king size.
**Buyer shall examine all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND are not allowed after installation.
