A mattress that is covered with Tricot fabric is one of the best! Tricot fabrics are produced on a flatbed knitting machine, as opposed to a circular knitting machine. They have an excellent wrinkle and run resistance, as well as good drape-ability. Tricot is a warp-knit fabric. This means it has continuous lengthwise columns of loops. This knitting process creates a soft and flexible tricot that does not snag or run easily.

**Buyer shall examine all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND are not allowed after installation.

*We do not accept any EXCHANGE or RETURN of MATTRESSES correctly delivered as per order due to hygiene purposes.

*Disposal Service For Used Mattresses Available.
$10 per piece disposal fee for single and super single size.
$20 per piece disposal fee for queen and king size.

*Mattress due to Manufacturing machinery limitation (+/- 0.5 inches) is within can acceptable.

Warranty: 5 Years of Manufacturing Warranty

*Mattress Warranty Terms And Conditions.
1) Warranty Fee Payable Will Be Usage Period Over Warranty Period Against the Purchase Price.
2) Usage Period Will Be Calculated As Below:
1-12 Months Usage = 1 Year
13-24 Months Usage = 2 Years
25-36 Months Usage = 3 Years

*Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, and normal sinkage for the foam mattress ( 2 inches ).
