Our pillow is designed without the Methylene Chloride (MC) to bring you a healthier sleeping environment. It is also our responsibility to reduce the footprint of chemicals in our products.

**Buyer shall examine all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND are not allowed after installation.

$10 per piece disposal fee for single and super single size.
$20 per piece disposal fee for queen and king size.

Warranty: 2 Years warranty for manufacturer's defects, not including wear and tear and damages from misuse of products.

1) Warranty Fee Payable Will Be Usage Period Over Warranty Period Against the Purchase Price .
2) Usage Period Will Be Calculated As Below:
1-12 Months Usage = 1 Year
13-24 Months Usage = 2 Years

*Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse and normal sinkage for foam mattress ( 2 inches ).
