**Buyer shall examine all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND are not allowed after installation.

*We do not accept any EXCHANGE or RETURN of MATTRESSES correctly delivered as per order due to hygiene purposes.

Bed Frame Warranty: 6 months upon delivery warranty for manufacturer's defects; not including wear and tear and damages from misuse of products.

1) Warranty Fee Payable Will Be Usage Period Over Warranty Period Against the Purchase Price.
2) Usage Period Will Be Calculated As Below:
1-12 Months Usage = 1 Year
13-24 Months Usage = 2 Years
25-36 Months Usage = 3 Years

*Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, and normal sinkage for the foam mattress ( 2 inches ).
